Overview
Villa Maro Is a spectacular villa overlooking the village of Agios Stefanos and the Corfu channel. It has two master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all with private bathrooms. There is a WC for common use at the living room/kitchen level and a bathroom at the pool level. The pool and the outdoor jacuzzi are located at the lower level of the building. Maro is built on three levels and is divided into two separate parts: the front – public space and the back – private space. The middle level accommodates the living/dining room, the kitchen, a common bathroom and a master bedroom with its own bathroom and semi-private yard. The upper level accommodates a family room, one master bedroom with a jacuzzi and private bathroom and two 2 single bed bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a small private garden. The lower is the pool level and has a cabbana under the stone arches and a bathroom. The house has plenty of semi-outdoor spaces, verandas and yards offering quiet and seclusion to the tenants. Villa facilities: air conditioning is included; TV with Nova satellite system; Wifi Internet connection; laptop; DVD player; CD player; washing machine; tumble dryer; dishwasher; microwave; hairdryer; safety deposit box; built-in barbecue; infinity swimming pool 13m x 6m (irregular shape) (depth 1m – 1.8m) plus separate jacuzzi pool (gated).
